Ballet West Promo

I was asked to do a promo for a ballet company. The images were stock images. I used pointize and oil painting filters in Photoshop.

Angel Fire Jazz Fest Promo

This is a promo for the Angel Fire Jazz Fest. I used an image of brick mural of the jazz greats along with an image of a random jazz band. The background images have reduced opacity and blending modes effect. The words “Angel Fire” have the flame effect on them. The words “Jazz Fest” have drop shadow and pointillize effect on them.

Finding Yourself Quote by George Bernard Shaw

I think this quote by George Bernard Shaw is a good quote to keep in mind. The text is to look like balloons with bevel effect. I shifted the yellow and green gradient with the spotlight effect in Photoshop.

Kligmann Life Magazine Cover

This is a magazine cover with my niece’s family. I made this for her. It is a combination of pictures. I was trying to make it look like a Rolling Stones magazine cover.

This is a cover for a short story. It has multiple images layered in it. The ravens are at reduced opacity, so you can see through them.

I made this quote on Photoshop using bevel and emboss effect.

Mental State CD Cover

I made this CD cover by using oil paint effect on the background. On the main image of the woman I drew the white space of her head and body. I also used bevel and emboss on skull and the main image of the woman.

Lizard TV Promo

This is my idea for a steaming horror television app. I found an image of a lizard and masked a gradient over it. I copied and pasted the lizard’s eye with bevel and embossing for the lizard’s head and human skull. The human eye made from a eyeball statue. The skull has bevel and emboss on it.

Hope In Despair

My objective was to create a chaotic/serene image with this image. There are two layers in the background. The first layer is angled mirrored glass like of the Epcot Center in Florida. The next layer in the background is the same layer which is around the cube for the statue. The image of the statue was truly a concrete statue. I masked the statue with an image of uncut white and purple marble slate. Around the cube it is two images of the red and black marble design merged by layers fitting with warping.

Ireland

This is a postcard for Ireland. The mountain in the left corner is the mountain filmed in “The Lord of the Rings” movie. The image on the bottom right is a church in Dublin, Ireland. I added a stroke to the external images. I used inner glow, outer glow and stroke on the text. The Irish bay I did use bevel and emboss around the land.
